Easy Chocolate Pudding Recipe for beginners
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500ml) whole milk
- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or berries

Instructions:
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt until well combined.
- Add Milk: Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to ensure no lumps form.
- Cook: Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens (about 5-7 minutes). Do not let it boil.
- Add Vanilla: Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Cool and Serve: Pour the pudding into serving bowls or glasses. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
- Optional Garnish: Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries before serving.
